FCA, FCS, founder member of RISHNIK CONSULTANTS. Started his journey in the industry in 1993, worked with the first-generation entrepreneurs, now-a-days called “start-ups”.

In his last assignment he was working in the role of CFO cum Company Secretary of a reputed company, which transformed itself from a small IT trading company to a Service Provider company, got listed on Stock Exchanges and had enterprise value of USD 1 Billion.

He closely worked with the promoters, helped them in setting-up their venture, forming their business strategies, evaluating business plan, got good understanding about risks they are running.

Finding that most of First Generation Entrepreneur (Start-ups) or SME lose their battle as they are not able to address some challenges. With this in mind he started his own company RISHNIK Consultants Pvt Ltd. to create a network of like minded people to come together to help such Start-ups, SME and Businesses in trouble.

MBA (Corporate Finance), PGDCA, B. Sc., a competent professional with more than 25 years of experience in across the industries at various level in the areas of HR & Admin and Commercial Operations. She held various position in the organization, i.e. Sales Operations Controller, Head HR & Administration, Sales Controller and Head Revenue Assurances. During her tenure she looked after the Receivable & Payables Management, Collections, Client Relationship, Team Management and Business Planning & Analysis.

She was instrumental in recommending and implementation of CRM (Sales Force) and SAP with proven ability to achieve financial discipline & contributed to enhance the overall efficiency of the organization.
